Vendor Applications Open January 26!

What started as a popup event in September 2025, has grown to our first full season of markets! The popup event had over 150 attendees over the three hours. Our community has a need for its own farmers market and we want you to be part of them!

We're looking for small, Northeast Ohio producers to share their products with our community. Our need for  vendors range from fresh organic produce and honey, small batch bakery items such as cookies, cakes, pies, and sourdough, to grass fed meats, locally roasted coffee beans, pottery, self care, fresh flowers and more. Take a minute to fill out this form so we can learn more about your products.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you as a vendor at our markets. All inquiries will be reviewed to ensure we don't have too many of the same vendors. We will contact you via email if you are selected for a market. Some market dates may have more openings for an offering than others.

Our OTFM team will review submissions weekly. If you are selected, you will receive an email from the Olmsted Township Co-Op. Approval emails may take 2-3 weeks. Our priority is to carefully review applications to ensure we have the best selection for our markets.

Please note, if you are applying as a food or beverage truck vendor, there may be additional steps to receive a permit from Olmsted Township if selected.

• Each vendor space is 10x10 feet.
• Vendor market fees: $35 per market OR $30 per market for the full season.
• If you sign up for the full season, you are expected to be at every market. No refunds and you may be subject to cancellation fee.
• Please submit a full list of products you sell, only those approved may be sold.
• Vendors are expected to help promote the markets if they are selected.
• Spaces are assigned in advance based on offerings. We don't want three of the same vendors in a row.
• Vendors must provide their own tent and tables.
